Information Disclosure Policy

INFORMATION DISCLOSURE POLICY

The National Compliance and Regulatory Authority (NCRA) will not disclose, give, or transfer any confidential information about our clients unless it is required:

1. by law and/or  regulation
2. by contractual commitments
3. for policy-making
4. by government agencies that have public health or consumer protection duties and/or
5. by the Government of Jamaica

The client must be notified unless prohibited by law.
