INFORMATION DISCLOSURE POLICY
The National Compliance and Regulatory Authority (NCRA) will not disclose or transfer any confidential information about our clients unless it is required:
- by law and/or regulation
- by contractual commitments
- for policy-making
- by government agencies that have public health or consumer protection duties and/or
- by the Government of Jamaica
The NCRA will seek to notify clients prior to disclosure unless prohibited by law.
