Client privacy is important to the National Compliance and Regulatory Authority (NCRA).  Personal information shared with the NCRA via this website will be held confidential and safeguarded in accordance with strict standards of security which meet or exceed applicable law.  No personal information shall be released to any person or entity external to the organization without permission unless there is some legal or necessary rationale.  The NCRA assures its clients and website users that where third party service providers are used which may have access to personal information, that these providers will be bound by the same standards of confidentiality to which the NCBJ itself adheres.
